REA annual meeting to take place March 28
Plans are under way for the 73rd Runestone Electric Association annual meeting scheduled for Saturday, March 28 at Jefferson High School in Alexandria.
Plans are under way for the 73rd Runestone Electric Association annual meeting scheduled for Saturday, March 28 at Jefferson High School in Alexandria.
Runestone Electric members can enjoy a free lunch served by the Douglas County Pork Producers and get the latest news affecting their electric cooperative.
Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and the meeting will begin at 1 p.m. Door prizes will follow the business meeting.
Director positions for a three-year term will be determined in Districts Two and Five. Barbara Johnson and Mel Bump of Leaf Valley Township have been nominated for director in District Two.
Bill O’Brien, Alexandria Township, and Michael Hoffarth, LaGrand Township, have been nominated for director in District Five.
