Alpine skiers fourth
The Lakes Area Alpine ski team took part in the Breakaway Invitational at Kimball Thursday, with the girls’ and boys’ teams finishing fourth.
The Lakes Area Alpine ski team took part in the Breakaway Invitational at Kimball Thursday, with the girls’ and boys’ teams finishing fourth.
Jon Brink of Lakes Area finished seventh overall in 51. 63, while Wolfgang Brink was eighth in 52.02.
The girls’ team was led by Hannah Salscheider, who was seventh in 58.64; Kelly Lang, who was ninth in 62.37 and Brianna Warren, who was 10th in 65.07.
The St. Cloud Breakaways won the boys’ team title, while Mankato West took the girls’ title.
