The Douglas County Board of Commissioners will meet this morning, Tuesday, as part of its annual reorganizational meeting.

Here's the agenda:

9:00 a.m. – Call to order; approve agenda

9:00 a.m. – Nominations for chairperson, vice chairperson; appoint board secretary/clerk; establish meeting dates and times for 2009; approve 2009 commissioner committee assignments; appoint AMC delegates, planning commission members; approve memberships to professional associations, 2009 NACo dues, 2009 AMC dues

9:15 a.m. – Bids – legal publications

9:25 a.m. – Approve minutes from November 25, December 11, 16

9:30 a.m. – Car maintenance bids
