Van, pickup collide on Highway 27
A two vehicle crash on Highway 27 West near the Interstate 94 interchange this morning looked bad but the drivers escaped serious injury.
A two-vehicle crash on Highway 27 near the Interstate 94 interchange west of Alexandria caused a lot of damage but no serious injuries this morning, Thursday. According to the State Patrol, Robert Wasson of Battle Lake had just exited off I-94 in his Ford Ranger pickup when he lost control on an icy bridge on Highway 27 and collided with a GMC van driven by Tory Gehring of Cyrus. Both drivers were wearing a seat belt and there were no serious injuries reported, according to the State Patrol.
