Woman wins $5,000 from Lottery near Carlos
Rebecca Franks of New York Mills won $5,000 playing the lottery’s Lucky Lines scratch game. Franks claimed the prize on December 4.

The winning ticket was purchased at Gas Mart of Carlos Corners, 8170 State Highway 29 North.
