Not more than a couple dozen people braved the cold, blustery temperatures Monday afternoon when the Canadian Pacific Railroad’s (CPR) Holiday Train – a magical train of lights and music – rolled into town. The Holiday Train collects food and money in hopes of raising awareness in the fight against hunger. This year, about $1,125 was raised – $1,000 from CPR and about $125 from attendees. In addition, about 50 pounds of food was donated for the food shelf.
