Ariel Carlson led Alexandria with game-highs in kills, blocks and aces to shut down Moorhead 25-17, 25-16, 25-18 in the semifinals of the Minnesota Class 3A, Section 8 volleyball tournament Friday.
Alexandria advances to the section semifinals against St. Cloud Tech on Tuesday, October 28 at 7 p.m. at a site to be determined.
