Minnewaska’s Chelsea Geiser put down 12 kills for the Lakers as they went five games before succumbing to Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City Thursday night.

Minnewaska won the opener 25-21, but fell in a marathon 31-29 game two.

The Lakers won game three 25-18 and fell 25-15 in game four before before dropping a 15-8 tiebreaker.

Trista Pahan and Abby Kreitlow had 15 and 11 digs respectively for the Lakers, who dropped to 3-7 in West Central South Conference play.
