Leadership expert to give success tips at 'Impact Alexandria' on Tuesday

Bestselling author, leadership trainer and motivational speaker John Maxwell will appear at “Impact Alexandria” Tuesday, October 7.

His presentation, one session only this year, will take place from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Lake Geneva Christian Center.

Maxwell will talk about attaining success in business and at home through relationships, equipping (teamwork), attitude and leadership.

Impact Alexandria, formerly known as “Community Live and Learn,” was created in 2003 by Tastefully Simple in partnership with other local business sponsors in an effort to bring world-renowned motivational speakers to this community. Its stated mission is “to motivate, unify and inspire the community in which we live and to positively impact people’s lives.”

Past speakers have included Stephen R. Covey, Ken Blanchard, Zig Ziglar, Jack Canfield and Amanda Gore. In recognition of the positive effect these special insights and inspiration have on the lives of those who attend, the event was renamed “Impact Alexandria” this year.

Maxwell, one of the most acclaimed leadership training experts in America, speaks in person to hundreds of thousands of people each year.
