The sixth annual North American Hockey League (NAHL) Showcase Tournament takes place September 17-21 at the Schwan Super Rink in Blaine.
All 18 NAHL league teams plus both the Under 18 and Under 17 teams from the USA Hockey National Team Development Program will compete to make it a 20-team field. The NAHL is the only USA hockey sanctioned Tier II Junior A league for student athletes ages 16-20 who are looking to advance to the collegiate and professional levels.
In conjunction with the NAHL, the Future Prospects Tournament will also be held, bringing in an additional 56 Midget and Bantam AAA teams from across the nation to make this the largest tournament of its kind in North America.
Scouts from every National Hockey League team and almost every Division I college hockey program will witness the action.
Ticket prices are $8 for a daily pass for students and seniors and $15 for adults. A tournament pass is $20 for students and seniors and $50 for adults. Children 6 and younger are free.
