Rural Minnesota CEP (RMCEP) is celebrating 40 years of making a difference in people’s lives.

For the past 40 years, RMCEP has been a recognized leader in workforce development, serving the 19-county area of north central and west central Minnesota.

RMCEP works to identify and implement strategies that prepare the workforce to meet the needs of the region’s employers. Services are delivered through WorkForce Centers where companies, workers and entrepreneurs can come together to create a competitive advantage.

RMCEP will kick off the celebration at its annual All-Staff Conference in September.

Former employees as well as Youth Council, WorkForce Council and board members of RMCEP are invited to attend the awards luncheon being held September 12 at 11:30 a.m. at the Best Western Falls Inn and Bigwood Events Center in Fergus Falls.

Contact Gail McKenzie at (218) 846-7400 or gailm@rmcep.com to reserve a spot.
