With back to school just around the corner, local students have a new option to consider as they finalize plans for the upcoming school year.
With back to school just around the corner, local students have a new option to consider as they finalize plans for the upcoming school year.
iQ Academy Minnesota, an online school for students across the state in grades 6-12, will open its virtual doors for the 2008-09 school year this fall.
Local Alexandria students and families can learn more about this education option at an open house on Saturday, August 16 at the Holiday Inn in Alexandria from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
Families can take a tour of the virtual classroom and meet with students and staff who can offer perspectives on their interest in online education.
