Environmental Assessment Worksheet prepared for Lookout Hill subdivision

An Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) has been prepared for a project in Douglas County called Lookout Hill.

Lookout Hill is a four-lot single-family residential development located between Childs (Chicks) Lake and Childs Lake Road in Hudson Township.

The residential lots range from four and a half acres to 63 acres in size. Driveway accesses to the lots will be from Childs Lake Road.

Copies of the EAW are available for review in the Douglas County Land and Resource Management Office, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on the Douglas County Web site at www.co.douglas.mn.us/Land&Resource.htm.

Comments regarding the EAW must be made in writing and submitted to David Rush, Douglas County Land and Resource Management, 305 8th Ave W, Alexandria, MN 56308.

Written comments and responses to those comments will become part of the public record. The deadline for comments is August 13 at 4:30 pm
