Condition of girl injured in four-wheeler accident upgraded

Katelyn Langner, the daughter of Carl and Nancy Langner, was upgraded from critical to serious condition at Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC) as of Monday morning.

A 9-year-old Alexandria girl continues to recover from a four-wheeler accident that happened near Garfield on July 7.

Katelyn Langner, the daughter of Carl and Nancy Langner, was upgraded from critical to serious condition at Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC) as of Monday morning.

Katelyn was driving a four-wheeler with her two cousins when it plunged down a ditch on a gravel road, 39th Avenue in LaGrand Township, and crashed into a telephone pole, according to the sheriff’s office.
