Free workshop for homeowners – 'Managing pests in landscapes and homes'
Learn how to manage pest problems.
Learn how to manage pest problems caused by insects, weeds, wildlife, and plant diseases by using a combination of techniques such as biological, cultural, and mechanical controls along with judicious pesticide use.
A workshop, sponsored by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, is open to the public and will be held Tuesday, June 3 at Alexandria Technical College in Room 205 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Pre-registration is requested but walk-ins are welcome.
