Woman dies in rollover
A 34-year-old Parkers Prairie woman died in a one-vehicle rollover near Spruce Centre in northeastern Douglas County Saturday morning.
A 34-year-old Parkers Prairie woman died in a one-vehicle rollover near Spruce Centre in northeastern Douglas County Saturday morning.
Dawn Marie Rickert was driving a Chevrolet Tahoe along County Road 3 just south of Spruce Centre Drive when the vehicle left the roadway, hit a driveway approach and rolled over.
Rickert, the only occupant in the Tahoe, died at the scene.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, Miltona Fire Department, North Ambulance and Parkers Prairie Ambulance responded to the crash shortly after 4:30 a.m.
