Amber Bartholomew proved herself on the basketball court against some pretty good competition on Sunday afternoon at the fourth annual North Central High School Boys and Girls Basketball All-Star Games at the Bemidji State University gymnasium.
Bartholomew led her Gold team in scoring with 18 points in game two of the event after pouring in eight in game one. Bartholomew hit two threes in game two as her team won 74-67.
She went up against teammate Laura Strand in the first game for both players. Strand scored six points for her Maroon team in a two-point overtime win over Bartholomew and her teammates. Strand drilled two threes in the contest for her six points.
