Bev Roers Korkowski, a former Alexandria resident, said she was watching “The Today Show” when reporter Al Roker went off to the side to talk with a young couple who held a sign saying something like, “We left 20-below at home.”
When the couple was asked where they were from, they initially said, “Minnesota,” and then the young woman said, “Alexandria.”
Korkowski – and the newspaper – would like to know who the couple was.
