Lorraine C. Morton, age 69 of Fort Smith, Ark., died on Saturday, Oct. 11 in her home.
Lorraine C. Morton, age 69 of Fort Smith, Ark., died on Saturday, Oct. 11 in her home. She worked as a sectretary at various jobs as well as a farmer. She was a member of 9th Street Church of Christ. Memorial services were held on Monday Oct. 13 at 9th Street Church of Christ.
She is survived by her mother Dorothy Burns of Morris; her daughters Pamela Allen of Van Buren, Ark.; Susie Mathews and Stacey Bettis both of Fort Smith, Ark.; son Douglas Morton of Morris; brother Curtis Burns of Long Beach, Minn.; seven grandchildren and three great grandchilden.
