William H. Wagner

William H. Wagner, 91, of Kansas City, Kan., died Sunday, Sept. 14, 2008 at Providence Medical Center. Funeral services were on Wednesday, Sept. 17, at the Porter Funeral Home in Kansas City. Burial will be held at Summit Cemetery, Morris, Minn. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Palliative Care Team at Providence Medical Center, 8929 Parallel Pkwy. Kansas City, KS 66112.

Bill was born Dec. 22, 1916, in Morris, to Edward and Jenny Wagner. Bill worked as a hydraulic mechanic for TWA Airlines for 34 years retiring in 1979. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, and the TWA Retirees Club. Bill was preceded in death by a twin sister, two brothers, and one sister. Bill is survived by his wife of 66 years, Margie Wagner of the home, daughter; Patricia Wagner Sturdevant and husband Charles, Bella Vista, Ark., son Bruce Wagner and wife Karen, Leavenworth, Kan., four grandchildren; Brian Sturdevant, Jennifer Crawford-O'Shea, Ronald, and Kurt Wagner, and four great grandchildren.
