NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
OF THE STOCKHOLDERS
OF POPE COUNTY CO-OP
OIL ASSOCIATION
VILLARD, MINNESOTA
You are hereby notified that the Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of the Pope County Co-op Oil Association, Villard, Minnesota, will be held at the Villard United Methodist Church on Saturday, April 6, 2013, at 11:00 a.m.
Election of two directors will be held and the transaction of any other business to properly come before the meeting.
Dinner will be served immediately following the meeting.
