Upcoming blood drives
Individuals who are 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds and are in generally good health may be eligible.
Following are the upcoming Red Cross blood drives in the area:
--Monday, March 18, 1:30 to 7:30 p.m., St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 420 Irving Street, Alexandria.
--Tuesday, March 19, 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 420 Irving Street, Alexandria.
--Thursday, March 21, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Armory, 311 Broadway Street, Alexandria.

A blood donor’s card or driver’s license, or two other forms of identification are required.
