NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND CREDITORS

Notice is hereby given that informal appointment of Donald L. Week who resides at 19152 County Road 5 NW, Evansville, MN 56326 and Dennis A. Week who resides at 20387 County Road 5 NW, Evansville, MN 56326 as Co-Executors of the estate of the above decedent, has been made. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as Executor or may object to the appointment of the Co-Executors and the Co-Executors are empowered to fully administer the estate including, after 30 days from the issuance of their letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate, unless objection is filed with this Court (pursuant to Section 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders.

Notice is further given that ALL CREDITORS having claims against said estate are required to present the same to said Executor or to the Clerk of Court within four months after the date of this notice or said claims will be barred.
