Bethel Manor and Winona Shores Apartments, providers of independent and assisted living, announce that they are the recipients of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2013 Customer Experience Awards.
They qualify for the award in the categories of overall satisfaction, personal care, variety of food/menu choices, quality of food, dining room service, cleanliness, response to problems, dignity and respect, communication, move-in process, security and safety, recommend to others and overall customer experience.
Patti Carey, director of housing for Bethel Manor and Winona Shores within Ecumen Bethany Community, described receiving the awards as an honor, stating, “This award . . . would not have been achieved without the excellent and dedicated people that we have working with us to make this all happen.”
By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, Bethel Manor and Winona Shores have scored in the top 15 percent of the nation across a 12-month average.
