NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Section 11.01 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on March 18, 2013 at 7:00 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Exception to Platting application of Sonja Lien Trustee. The applicant is requesting to split a lot. The property is located at 1810 6th Ave East and is legally described as: “E 9.25 AC Of W 24.75 AC Ex .50 AC For 7th Ave Extended, AC 9.25, Section 20, Township 128, Range 37, Douglas County, Minnesota.”
