SPRUCE HILL TOWNSHIP

NOTICE OF

ANNUAL MEETING AND

ELECTION OF OFFICERS

Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Spruce Hill Township, County of Douglas, State of Minnesota that the Annual Election of Town Officers will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the Spruce Hill Township Hall for the following offices:

One Supervisor – 3 year term

One Treasurer – 2 year term

The Annual Spruce Hill Township Meeting will follow the closing of the polls at 8:15 p.m. at the Spruce Hill Township Hall.

The Annual Board of Canvass will meet after the close of the Annual Meeting to certify election results.

In case of inclement weather, the Election and Annual Meeting will be held at the same time, at the same location on March 19, 2013.

Absentee Ballots are available at the Douglas County Auditor/Treasurer’s Office at the Douglas County Courthouse.
