Letter - Column had different slant on guns
Hats off to DuWayne Paul for the great article in the January 30 Echo Press: “Gun salesman of the year: Barack Obama.”

Hats off to DuWayne Paul for the great article in the January 30 Echo Press: “Gun salesman of the year: Barack Obama.”
It gave a little different slant on the gun control issue. Guns in the hands of law-abiding people are not evil. What the anti-gun people call assault weapons is all cosmetic. A man on TV the other night said, “If I put a pistol grip on a rifle or a shotgun, it becomes an assault weapon in their eyes.”
