Girls' hockey: Alexandria will face Red Wing in opener Wednesday
Here are the Class A girls' state hockey seedings and pairings for the Wednesday quarterfinals at the Xcel Energy Center:
No. 2 Red Wing (25-2) vs Alexandria (19-6-2), 11 am
No. 3 Blake (19-5-3) vs Mound-Westonka (19-7-1), 30 minutes after completion of previous game
No. 1 Warroad (24-2-1) vs New Ulm (14-11-1), 6 pm
No. 4 South St. Paul (17-7-3) vs 5 Hibbing/Chisholm (18-9), 30 minutes after completion of previous game
