Woods to minister at House of Prayer

On Sunday, February 24, at the 10 a.m. Sunday worship service at House of Prayer Church in Alexandria, Calvin Woods will minister the Word of God and pray for people wanting to receive personal ministry.

Woods considers himself to be a revivalist for this generation. He is a musician, a psalmist, a preacher and a teacher.

Woods founded and pastored Word of His Power Church in Minneapolis for 17 years. In the past 20 years, he has traveled internationally to more than 10 countries. Most recently, he has held crusades in India and Africa, ministering to lepers and orphans.

His current ministry, Harvest Praise Invasion, allows him to travel to minister in the metro area and across the state. He works with Pastor Larry Alberts of Way of the Lord Church in Blaine and ministers there on the second Friday of each month, teaching on the topics of healing, deliverance and the prophetic ministry.

Woods and his wife, Shirley, have nine children and reside in Minneapolis.
