NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Section 11.03 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on February 19, 2013 at 7:00 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Subdivision Application of Brenton & Sally Smith “Eighth Addition to Airport Industrial Park”. The applicant is requesting to plat vacant land. The property is located at 3910 Dakota Street and is legally described as “S2SE4NW4 Ex Pt W Of Rd; SW4SW4NE4; N 188.59’ Of SE4SW4NE4; N 218’ Of NE4SW4 Ex Pt W Of Rd; & N 218’ Of NW4NW4SE4, Unplatted Alexandria City, Section 36, Township 128, Range 38, Douglas County, MN”.
