ALEXANDRIA TOWNSHIP

CORRECTION TO SUMMARY OF AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE 124

The notice published in the January 30, 2013 edition of this newspaper incorrectly stated that the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Alexandria, Douglas County, Minnesota, had adopted Ordinance 125, Zoning Ordinance, effective immediately, to replace Ordinance 124 (Zoning Ordinance).

The correct ordinance that was adopted to replace Ordinance 124 was Ordinance 127 (Zoning Ordinance). Specific amendments to Ordinance 124 included in Ordinance 127 are: The amendments would replace Section V.G (Sanitation) with a new section on the same subject that is consistent with the requirements of recently adopted amendments to Minnesota Rules 7080 and the section of the Douglas County Zoning Ordinance on the same subject.
