Alexandria boys' basketball: Cardinals fall to St. Cloud Tech

The Alexandria boys’ basketball team dropped back-to-back games last week against Fergus Falls and St. Cloud Tech in Central Lakes Conference play.
The Tigers (4-13, 3-6 CLC) had four players in double figures. Andy Foley had 17 to lead the way, while Isaac Matchinsky finished with 16.
That was enough to hold off a 16-point effort from Logan Doyle. David Krivanek added 14 points for the Cardinals and John Vogeler finished with 10.
Alexandria fell to 4-9 overall and to 2-6 in the CLC with the two losses. The Cardinals were set to welcome in St. Cloud Apollo last night, Tuesday, before going to Sartell to battle the Sabres on Thursday.
