Former Alexandrian wins national leadership award
Former Alexandria graduate Kim Jenson recently received a major national award for her work at the global financial services firm, UBS.
Former Alexandria graduate Kim Jenson recently received a major national award for her work at the global financial services firm, UBS.
Jenson, who also attended Alexandria Technical College and Minnesota State University, Mankato, won the Ed Connolly Leadership Award among 300 field managers at UBS.
The award recognizes company leaders for “leadership, integrity, courage and never ending passion to help people.”
Jenson was also recently named in the top 40 of the New York City YWCA Academy of Women Leaders. She held the position of chief of staff for UBS Americas at that time.
She resides in Chicago with her husband, Tom Elsen, and is the daughter of Jimmy and Helen (deceased) Jenson of Alexandria.
