NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ON SANITARY SEWER

IMPROVEMENTS ON

KENWOOD DRIVE

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that the Alexandria City Council will meet in the City Council Chambers of the Alexandria City Hall at 7:15 p.m. on Monday, January 28, 2013, to consider making sanitary sewer improvements on Kenwood Drive from Lakeview Avenue then north approximately 830 feet to Henry Avenue, pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 429.011 to 429.111.

The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is the property abutting on such street. The estimated cost of the improvement is $110,626. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be provided at the hearing.

Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting.
