Are you prepared to defend yourself? In Community Education’s Basic Self-Defense class, adults can join David Luedeke, certified self-defense instructor, as he teaches and demonstrates basic self-defense skills.

Come in comfortable clothing for this interactive class. It will take place at the Discovery Middle School cafeteria in Alexandria on Mondays, February 4, 11, and 25 from 7 to 8 p.m.
