Coincidence or space management?

I enjoy reading newspapers. Most recently, the placement of two articles provided an unexpected chuckle. I am referring to the placement of I’m Just Sayin’ by DuWayne Paul and the letter to the editor by Jeanne Johnson in the Opinion section of the January 16 edition of the Echo Press. Coincidence or space management?
