Because of widespread influenza activity, Douglas County Hospital is limiting visitors to immediate family members only until further notice.
Because of widespread influenza activity, Douglas County Hospital is limiting visitors to immediate family members only until further notice.
Douglas County Hospital recognizes the importance of visits from family and friends; however, the health of patients, visitors and the community is its highest priority, according to a notice released by the hospital Wednesday.
Individuals who have signs of respiratory flu or flu symptoms should avoid visiting patients at the hospital.
