Connor Leo Gallagher was the first baby born in 2013 at the Douglas County Hospital in Alexandria. He was born on Wednesday, January 2 at 9:23 a.m. to Theresa and Chris Gallagher of Lowry.
Also pictured is Connor’s 5-year-old sister, Kiavra.
The Douglas County Hospital Auxiliary gave the new baby a gift basket with diapers, onesies, pacifiers, wipes, rattles, laundry detergent, changing pads and various other newborn supplies.
