One injured in two-car crash Wednesday
Wednesday morning, one person was injured in a two-car crash at the intersection of 3rd Avenue East and Kenwood Street in Alexandria.

Wednesday morning, one person was injured in a two-car crash at the intersection of 3rd Avenue East and Kenwood Street in Alexandria.
According to Alexandria Police Department, Sylvia Johnson of Alexandria was northbound on Kenwood when she reportedly tried to make a right turn onto 3rd Avenue; she reportedly pulled out in front of a car driven by Samantha Curwick of Brandon and the two collided.
Johnson was transported to Douglas County Hospital where she was treated and released.
