Clare to tour with Dordt College Concert Choir

Anderson Clare of Villard spent part of the winter break on a music tour with the Dordt College Concert Choir of Sioux Center, Iowa. The concert is part of a tour through the heartland, with performances scheduled in Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri and Iowa. The 52-person choir will perform a variety of pieces under the direction of Dr. Benjamin Kornelis. Clare is a senior majoring in engineering science. He also has a minor in the Kuyper Scholars Program.

John Haseman of Evansville was awarded the Achievement Scholarship, renewable up to four years, from the University of Minnesota (U of M) Morris. Achievement Scholars are selected based on their academic accomplishments at the time of the application. A senior at Brandon High School in Brandon, Hasemen will attend the U of M Morris in the fall.
