Zion Lutheran boys' basketball team first at Martin County Invite

The Zion Lutheran 7-8 grade boys’ basketball team took first place in the Martin County Lutheran Invitational basketball tournament in Northrop December 7-8, defeating Courtland 50-33 in the opening round, then winning 37-16 over Sioux Falls.
They won the championship game against Fairmont 38-16.
Zion will compete in the Minnesota State Lutheran basketball tournament at Concordia College in St. Paul in February.
