Alexandria girls' basketball: Cardinals rout Storm
Alexandria is now 5-3
The Cardinal girls added another Central Lakes Conference win Friday as they routed Sauk Rapids-Rice 60-20 after jumping to an early 32-8 lead.
Amanda Christianson had 11 points in the win, with Karly Betterman contributing 10.
Emily Thul had eight, Amanda Gould six, Dani Strater four, Sarah Bruzek three, and Jaylen Olson-Rodel, Jess Syvrud and Kendal Kohler two each.
No further details were available.
Alexandria begins play in its own holiday tournament tonight, Friday, when the team takes on Park Center at 7:30 p.m.
The consolation and championship games are tomorrow evening.
