DISTRICT NO. 206

ALEXANDRIA, MINNESOTA

NOVEMBER 30, 2012

The special meeting of the School Board of Independent School District No. 206, Alexandria, Minnesota, was called to order by School Board Chair Dean Anderson at 6:30 a.m. in the District Office Conference Room.

School Board Members Present: Jean Robley, Sandy Susag, Dave Anderson, Dean Anderson, Jim Hafdal and (ex-officio) Superintendent Terry Quist. Absent: Alan Zeithamer and Pam Carlson. Visitors Present: Angie Krebs and Chloe Trivelpiece

RESOLUTION CANVASSING RETURNS OF VOTES OF SCHOOL DISTRICT GENERAL ELECTION

Motion by Hafdal, seconded by Robley, to adopt the Resolution Canvassing Returns of Votes of the School District General Election.

Ayes – 5

Nays – 0

Motion carried.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF ELECTION

Motion by Hafdal, seconded by Robley, to adopt the Resolution Authorizing Issuance of Certificates of Election and Directing School District Clerk to Perform Other Election Related Duties.

Ayes – 5

Nays – 0

Motion carried.

ADOURNMENT

There being no further business to come before the School Board at this time, the meeting adjourned at 6:45 a.m.
