Alexandria gymnastics: Cardinals leap over Morris Area

Alexandria recorded its second gymnastics victory of the season Tuesday night, defeating Morris Area 137.525-103.05 as senior Briquelle Bowden once again claimed all-around honors.

Bowden finished first in all four individual events, followed closely by teammate Hannah Wendel, who was second in three events to earn runner-up honors in the all-around.

In fact, the Cardinals took the top four spots in all four events as well as the all-around on their way to the win as Tahlia Bowden was third in three events with Bria Schueler fourth in three as well.

Alexandria will now be at Fergus Falls tonight, Friday, and will host St. Cloud Tech next Thursday night.
