Brian James Salmons, 32, Alexandria, died December 8, 2012 at his home.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 12 at 11 a.m. at Anderson Funeral Home in Alexandria.
Visitation is Tuesday, December 11 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
Memorials are preferred to Gillette Children’s Hospital or Douglas County DAC.
