Have breakfast with Santa at Alexandria UMC

Alexandria United Methodist Church will host its fourth annual Breakfast with Santa Saturday, December 8 between 9 and 10a.m.

All children will receive a free photo with Santa, as well as a book from United Way of Douglas and Pope Counties. Alexandria UMC youth will also provide gift bags, which were decorated by the Sunday school students.

All community members may enjoy a free pancake breakfast. Guests will be served at their tables. If you have any questions or need a ride, contact the church before 10 a.m. on Friday at (320) 763-4624.

Alex UMC offers a free community breakfast the second Saturday of each month between 9 and 10 a.m. More than 2,500 breakfasts have been served since the events began in January 2009.

First Lutheran Church also offers a free community supper the third Sunday of each month between 4:30 and 5:30 p.m.
