Follow 1950s sleuths in ‘The Tacit Tin’

Lakes Area Theatre (LAT) in Alexandria is offering the following productions this week:

ON STAGE Two mob bosses and their entourages meet at the same time and same place at a speakeasy that each claims as their own, which equals chaos, calamity, and comedy.

The Cotton Club: Where Mob Families Meet is directed by Debbie Kaminski and stars performers from the Fergus Falls area acting troupe. The show will hit the stage on Friday, October 18 at 7 p.m.

ON THE AIR More comedy is in store on Sunday, October 20 on KXRA 1490 AM at 12:30 p.m. when The Tacit Tin hits the airwaves.

Ray and Iver are back solving the town’s mysteries through clues and gossip in their 1950s East Side Skelly service station.

Written and directed by Chuck Grussing, the show stars Jim Thoreen, Chuck Grussing, Philip Goellner, Kevin Lee and Jamie Sandberg. Music was arranged by Bob Piotrowski and performed by Dedra Zwieg, with Jamie Sandberg doing sound effects.
