Wood fire cooking class offered
Do you enjoy cooking? Would you like to learn how to cook over a wood fire?
In Community Education's Outdoor Cooking - Wood Fired Chicken, join instructor Matthew Jensen in preparing roasted pico de gallo, smoked and pulled chicken tacos with grilled condiments and sweet tamales.
Jensen is chef/owner of Broadway Bistro in Alexandria. The class is Monday, August 19 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Brophy Park in Alexandria. The cost is $35.
