With a Memorial Day parade on Broadway on Memorial Day, the Alexandria community paid tribute to the brave men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice to their country.

Among the many children lining the streets was Kaiden Vilendrer, who held a flag while watching the parade with his mother, Brittany Barker.
