Truck knocks out power in and around Elden's Fresh Foods

A semi-truck ran into a junction box at Elden's Fresh Foods this morning, knocking out power to several businesses in the 2nd and 3rd Avenue area.

Crews from Alexandria Light and Power were sent to the scene and restored electricity to some businesses within a half hour. Power to the area has now been completely restored.
